Refund Policy

will refund tickets on request if notified by 3 days before a film is screened (i.e. Monday evening for Thursday film, Wednesday evening for Saturday film). To notify us, please send an email to the campaign email account for the attention of the Box Office Manager using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

This policy applies to Campaign screenings at the David Lean Auditorium, plus any at other venues, unless otherwise stated.

We can refund tickets, in some cases charging a small administration fee of any charges that we are unable to recover. We are a voluntary organisation and do not guarantee to check emails daily, but you will be refunded so long  as you meet the deadline. Please note that the staff at the cinema on the day have no facility to refund or exchange tickets.

We can also exchange seats for other available seats of the same type, at the same or another event, at no cost. However, it is not technically possible on the Ticketsource booking system that we use to perform a partial seat exchange – move some seats from a group booking and leave others unchanged. To do this you need to request a refund for the seats that you want to change and rebook them.

If you purchased your tickets at the Croydon Visitors Centre, they will refund or exchange tickets if you visit them by the deadline. You will need to take your original tickets with you.

In the unlikely event of us cancelling an event, we refund all costs in full. In this situation we will endeavour to contact all customers using the contact details with which we have been provided.
